postage was very quick. The product itself is really good. I love how adjustable the tripod is. The light has many different brightness settings. The halo itself is smaller than I had expected but it still works really well and definitely does its job. I'm just worried about the bottom leg/feet of the tripod bending as it seems very flimsy and twisty. but other than that Im happy.

Great light to have around for beautiful photos. The arm that holds the phone is a little flimsy and I often find the ring light moves out of position unless your really really tighten the pin. I do use my iPhone plus which is a bit heavy but still I feel it could be stronger so the whole ring light doesn't droop.

Good product but very delayed delivery which had nothing to do with COVID-19. Took 5 weeks to arrive from only an hour away. Numerous emails to customer service to which they did not reply for about a week. No option to call. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

When it arrived in a satchel instead of a box I was little worried but once unwrapped each component was in a box of its own and bubble wrapped together so they were well protected. Assembled in a few minutes and a little fiddling to get it where we wanted it and it worked exactly as described. For what we paid I am happy with the quality and it feels sturdy and not budget. Thank you. I received my light and it works well. I was very surprised that it wasn't broken, given the poor packaging. The light box was all bent. It would have been better packaged all in one box, rather than little boxes piled together and wrapped in bubble wrap.

Honestly, I’m completely shocked! I was worried cause sometimes with online ordering items can be weak/cheap and I’m beyond happy with my order. The item is very nice as well as the extras that it comes with. Packing was not damaged and super secure but it did take an day extra to get to me but I’m patient not sure for someone who tends to lack that(Karens)but all in all, super satisfied!
